Catholics in Action’s mission, like that of Catholic Action, is the Church’s mission - to bring about a civilization of divine love by making the Gospel known to all through word and deed. Under the direction of the hierarchy, Catholics in Action members strive to live the radical call of the Gospel in their ordinary daily life. This is a call to holiness through a deep prayer life and ongoing formation. It is a call of service to others, especially the most vulnerable, through apostolate. Through their witness, Catholics in Action members work to bring a Christian influence to their environment.
